I am a mother of two kids myself, so I know first hand how stressful this can be! Don’t worry, I guarantee at least 5 “wall worthy” shots and if I feel that has not been accomplished then I will have you back for a re-shoot at no charge.

I’m pretty laid back about session times unless I have another commitment that I need to attend. It is often my fault that we go over on the time, because I simply cannot ignore the creative juices flowing through my mind. If I see a shot that I have to have I will attempt to get it! I usually ask at the beginning of our session if you have any time restraints.

Sure! I am a fan of layers! Layers is a good way of tying all of the outfits together without it being too matchy-matchy. Wear solid colors or mild prints that compliment you and your family. Avoid shirts with screen-printing or logos.  We can discuss this issue more in depth on a person-to-person basis in our pre session consultation. I love when clients send me pictures of outfits so I can be prepared. You can also check out my backdrop choices to give you some ideas.

I sure do! I have several favorite spots near my house that I love shooting at. I can suggest some other places as well, depending on your vision for your session.

I try my very hardest to not go past the two-week mark. If it’s during a busy season or if it was a mini session then it could take longer. I will always keep you informed if it is past 2 weeks.

I do my best to remove any blemishes, bruises, and anything else that is not permanently a part of you. If you have a tattoo that you would like removed or whiter teeth please let me know at the time of your session.

If you think your pet is well enough behaved to join in on your family pictures, then absolutely! I have found that it is helpful for you to bring an extra person to help with the dog when they are not in the picture.

Shoot me an email or call me as soon as you know that you need to cancel your session. We will get you rescheduled.

When you order prints, you are ordering directly from my professional photo lab. They give a 10-day time frame, but I often get my prints within 5 days. There is no guarantee though. If you need an image immediately, please consider purchasing the digital file from the gallery and getting it printed at a lab of your choice.
